At the centre of the Blood Service's strategy is the goal to organise the national blood supply chain in an optimal manner for the Finnish society. Over the decades, we have done a great deal of pioneering work for the improvement of the entire blood supply chain. The development of information technology provides us with new opportunities to continue on this path. In collaboration with various health care organisations we want to seize these opportunities for the benefit of society.
